My Teaching Approach

I offer holistic yoga that is:

  • About how it feels, not what it looks like

  • Gentle, supportive and non-judgmental

  • Rooted in nervous-system awareness

  • Sensory-friendly

  • Trauma-sensitive

  • Accessible and adaptable

I work with my clients to explore what feels supportive and nourishing in the moment, to let go of expectation and distraction and to tune into what the inner-self is asking for.

Spaces are limited, booking is essential.
