Private Sessions

Held in the comfort of your own home or in my home studio in Kingsteignton, each session is built around what you need on the day.

We can incorporate a range of yoga practices such as anxiety reducing techniques, pain management, building strength, flexibility, balance, breathwork, meditation, mantras or deep rest — resulting in a bespoke practice that best supports you.

Private sessions with Nicci offer a safe, gentle space to explore yoga at your own pace. Together we focus on meeting your body and nervous system exactly where they are — with care, curiosity and compassion.

Whether you’re new to yoga, an experienced yogi seeking 1-1 guidance, living with pain or fatigue, are ND diagnosed or relate to neurodivergent traits, or are simply wanting a more personalised approach, these sessions are tailored to your specific current needs.

Initial Assessment

  • A relaxed conversation, free of charge and usually via phone call, allows us to understand whether private work is right for you and how we can work together to meet your needs. We will then make an appointment for an in-person session.

  • If you decide to go ahead, the first in-person session involves gathering relevant information and discussion to understand what you are seeking, and for you to ask me anything.

  • Time to address any sensory needs, preferences and boundaries.

  • A short personalised practice to explore what best supports you.

  • If you would like to continue, I will then create an ongoing plan tailored to your needs, whether you choose regular weekly/ fortnightly or monthly sessions.

Ongoing Sessions

Ongoing sessions may include:

  • Mindful awareness and grounding practices

  • Breathwork 

  • Movement or asana to specifically support your physical, mental and emotional needs

  • Gentle flow, Restorative or Yin options

  • Chair Yoga or other accessible styles

  • Nervous-system soothing practices

  • Journalling and affirmation guidance

  • Yoga philosophy and discussion of ancient wisdom/text

Private yoga with Nicci can be especially helpful if you:

  • Are new to yoga and want an introduction at your pace

  • Would like 1-1 support to develop your existing yoga practice

  • Would like steady, compassionate support

  • 60 minute sessions:

    • £65 at the NCY Studio, Kingsteignton.

    • £75 at your home (additional travel fees apply over 10miles from Kingsteignton)

    • £75 +£15 per additional person for private groups (2-6 people at your location)

      Bespoke Bundles (valid for 6 months), includes custom sequencing and all equipment)

    • 3 sessions at NCY Studio: £180 (save £15)

    • 6 sessions at NCY Studio: £350 (save £40)

    • 3 sessions at your home: £210 (save £15)

    • 6 sessions at your home: £400 (save £50)
